It was a great pleasure to meet ‘mr. Fermentation’ Sandor Katz. We are inspired by Meneer Wateetons ( http://wateetons.com/ ) and Sandor Katz ( http://www.wildfermentation.com/ ).
Our first fish sauce was tasted on the Fermentation Festival. The Dutch Fish sauce was really appreciated by the participants. Now we will develop а fish sauce for the market for an affordable price. This is made possible by an European subsidy. We keep you informed.
